A lifelong South Sider, Commissioner Lowry resides in North Kenwood with his wife of 33 years, Dr. Cheryl D. Watson-Lowry, and their three accomplished children. As a prostate cancer survivor, he is a passionate advocate for early detection and health equity, exemplified by his annual Men’s Health Fair.
